Ja Morant has been in hot water again, over the past month. On Mother’s Day, another video of him showing off a gun on Instagram Live surfaced. That time, it was on a friend of his’ Instagram, as he pointed the camera view of Ja, as the Memphis Grizzlies star was holding a gun. As a result, the Grizzlies decided to suspend Morant from all team activities, indefinitely.

This is the second gun incident for Morant, since March. That month saw him show off a gun on Instagram live, while inside of a private room, in a Denver strip club. Morant visited that location, following the Grizzlies’ loss to the Nuggets.

Meanwhile, many anticipate that Morant will face a very lengthy suspension, This comes after NBA commissioner Adam Silver revealed before Game 1 of the NBA Finals, that the league uncovered more information about Morant. However, that will be revealed once the NBA Finals concludes, to avoid it being unfair for the teams who are playing.

Furthermore, it appears that Morant may finally be making his circle smaller. He has reportedly unfollowed his childhood friend, Davonte Pack, who was showing him on Instagram Live, on the day of the second gun incident. Pack did quickly shy away the camera after noticing the gun, though.

Last month, a welfare check was also conducted at Morant’s home. This was after posting cryptic Instagrams suicidal stories, where he shouted out the family members he loves. However, police went on to say that he was “fine.”
