Hoodrich Pablo Juan reaches plea deal in RICO case

Hoodrich Pablo Juan is known for being a notable rising Atlanta rapper, since 2016. He’s collaborated with stars such as Gucci Mane, Migos, and more. However, legal issues have frequently derailed his career.

The most notable legal trouble for Pablo Juan, is his 2020 arrest, due to a RICO case. At the time, the state of Georgia investigated 46 suspects, which included him. This large investigation was even backed by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp This was a massive indictment, which included “2 counts of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 59 counts of violations of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, three counts of trafficking methamphetamine, three counts of trafficking heroin, four counts of kidnapping, four counts of murder, 24 counts of aggravated assault.

As a result, Pablo Juan has now reportedly reached a plea deal, in this case. According to Akademiks, he has been sentenced to 15 years in prison. However, the plea helped him to serve at least five in prison, instead. The remainder of his sentence will be served on probation.

Pablo Juan’s last project released, was his “Free Hood” mixtape, in December 2021. That contained 11 new songs.
