After turning himself in to Atlanta Police on murder and several other related charges, YFN Lucci is now requesting that a judge set a “reasonable bond” so that he can continue to provide financial support for his mother and two children.

During his court hearing last week, Lucci, whose real name is Rashawn Bennett, was denied bond after being pinned as the driver in the homicide of a 28-year-old man in Southwest Atlanta. Lucci contends in his request that he is not a flight risk with no felony criminal record.

YFN Lucci is being charged with murder, aggravated assault, participating in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
