06 Jan Dr. Dre Says He’s Doing Great and Receiving Excellent Care After Being Admitted Into ICU For Brain Aneurysm

Hip-Hop fans were stunned on Tuesday night after receiving news that Dr. Dre was admitted Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for a brain aneurysm, according to TMZ. Dre reportedly  suffered this on Monday and was admitted into ICU.

Sources close to TMZ added that Dre was “stable and lucid.” Tests were still being conducted to see what was the cause of the aneurysm.

Now, Dre is updating everyone and revealed that he is in good health right now. He added that the care he’s receiving has been excellent.

“Thanks to my family, friends and fans for their interest and well wishes. I’m doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team. I will be out of the hospital and back home soon. Shout out to all the great medical professionals at Cedars. One Love!!”

LL Cool J also took to his Twitter feed to say that Dre is “recovering nicely.” This has all been amazing news as everyone on social media was worried that they could’ve lost a legend.
