Underdog Music are on the rise, today announcing a plethora of new talent added to their team. With a track record of successful ventures within the music industry, these new signings signal a clear intent for chart domination in the coming years.
New signings include Dexter, with billions of views/streams and huge international sync placements to his name. Kaine, CEO of multi-platinum producer group Federal Gang. Fatman, one of Chicago’s most talented, having producing for multiple platinum artists. TwoToneShine, who’s credits include Famous Dex and Smoke Purpp. Underdog Music’s new signings also include talented relatively unknown newcomers Parallax and Southpaw Beats. Each deal is bespoke, reflecting the various stages that each producer is at in their career. This diversity in the team reflects Underdog Music’s ethos:
‘We’re putting our money where our mouth is’ states King Wizard. ‘We’re creating opportunities for a wide range of producers at different stages in their careers. All we care about is that they are talented and hard working – status and other advantages mean nothing to us. Everyone in our camp is headed straight to the top.’ Oliver ‘Big Papa’ Harvey concurs. Our major label contacts need the best material, and we need the best people on our team to deliver it, whether they are already multi-platinum or still working out of their bedroom. We don’t care, we just want the best of the best.’
On top of the new production talent joining Underdog Music there are also two new faces joining the A&R team. Johnny Nostra and Jeff Lawrence are exciting additions to Big Papa Harveys A&R force.
