G Herbo continues to be one of the hottest rappers out of Chicago but things may be crashing down for him now. According to the Chicago Tribune, he and five men, which include people within his inner circle and a promoter, used stolen IDs to make purchases of over $1 million.

This case is part of a 14-count indictment which includes charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aggravated identity theft. The individuals in it are Herbo’s promoter and manager, Antonio “T-Glo” Strong, Joseph “Joe Rodeo” Williams, and Steven Hayes Jr., Demario Sorrells and Terrence Bender. The items supposedly purchased with the IDs were private jets, car rentals, limos, a vacation stay at a villa in Jamaica in 2017, and two dogs.

The judge in this case also stated that Strong is the “the ringleader of a $1.5 million fraud” and used “aliases and other people’s identities.” He’s labeled as a flight risk and was hit with an additional wire fraud charge. The dogs purchased were also for Herbo as they were from Michigan. A private jet was also used from Chicago to Miami.

Prior to this indictment, Herbo was recently featured in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 List. Back in February, he also released his ‘PTSD‘ album as it debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 chart. It was led by the “In This B*tch” and “Shooter” featuring Jacquees single.
