Drake, Bad Bunny, and XXXTentacion are three of the most dominant artists of the last four years. X was sadly shot and killed in the summer of 2018 though while he was starting to turn into a superstar. Drake and Bunny each have had huge 2020s and now, the two along with X have reached another huge milestone in their careers.
According to Chart Data, these three superstars are now the only artists to earn at least 100 million Spotify streams in a single day. In 2020, Drake and Bunny both released projects that have done very well. Bunny released his second solo studio album, ‘YHLQMDLG.’ This project has since been certified a whopping 19x platinum by the RIAA in the US. Yesterday, he also released another album in ‘El Último Tour Del Mundo.’
For Drake, he put out his ‘Dark Lane Demo Tapes‘ mixtape in May which was led by hits such as “When To Say When,” “Chicago Freestyle” feat. Giveon, and “Pain 1993” feat. Playboi Carti. In January 2021, he is set to release his sixth studio album, ‘Certified Lover Boy.’
X’s last project was his second posthumous album, ‘Bad Vibes Forever,’ in December 2019. This is also supposedly his last album. This debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200.
