29 Jun NEW DEAL ALERT! Ciara JUMPS Over To Uptown & Republic Records With Her Own Beauty Marks Label For New Album, The Princess Is Back!
She’s got her own, and she’s got everybody else’s too now! Independent artist Ciara just struck a new deal that brings her own Beauty Marks label to a couple of powerful partners in the music biz. Looks like that “Jump” buzz single is about to lead to a new album. More inside.
Shortly after teasing her brand new twerk anthem “Jump”, Ciara has signed a new label deal with Republic Records and Uptown Records, in partnership with her own Beauty Marks Entertainment.
Billboard reports she’s set to kick off the new partnership with the new single, featuring Coast Contra, and it’ll be out July 8 and available now for pre-order. And it’s CLEAR she’s getting back to the car-hood dancing, twerkmaster CiCi we fell in love with back in the day.
OK!
Ci released her last music back in 2020 thanks to her 2019 album Beauty Marks, which she independently release through Beauty Mark Entertainment. Now, her eighth career album will be the first from Republic/Uptown. The hot mom and wife said about the new deal:
“I am thrilled to partner with Uptown/Republic Records through my own label imprint Beauty Marks Entertainment,” Ciara says in a press statement. “[Republic co-president] Wendy [Goldstein] and I have been in discussion to work together for some time and the enthusiasm that her and the entire team have expressed over this new project marks an exciting new chapter in my career. I am grateful to be able to continue my mission of making the world dance with a team I admire, who are at the forefront of empowering artists.”
Nice!
While she’s getting back to the music amid the umpteen businesses she has also launched, she and NFL hubby Russell Wilson don’t miss a beat with their love and date nights:
And listen….
If the Powers That Be are listening, we wouldn’t be mad at a Normani collab on this new album either. Please and Thank You.
