24 Feb Yikes! Florida Officials Capture One Million Mosquitoes
Whew! When it comes to mosquitoes, y’all know we don’t even play like that! But the Lee County Mosquito Control District apparently had time. They were able to capture one million mosquitoes from a neighborhood located in Sanibel Island.
Appearing to be part of a summer project in 2021, officials posted the photos to Facebook days ago and captioned them saying, “Ever wonder what 1 million mosquitoes looks like?? Check out the results of an LCMCD trapping project that took place in one section of one neighborhood on Sanibel Island over the summer of 2021. #FighttheBite”
Y’all skin crawling yet?
