Juice WRLD’s birthday was yesterday as he would’ve been 22-years-old. December 8 will officially mark the one-year-anniversary of his death as well. Hip-Hop still supports him heavily as his streams over the past year have been impressive on his three albums.
Juice’s estate released his third studio album, ‘Legends Never Die,’ in July as it debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. It also had the biggest debut for an album in 2020 with over 508,000 units in its first week. This project was led by the “Life’s A Mess” single feat. Halsey. Other appearances included The Weeknd, Polo G, and more.
Juice’s memory continues to be honored through his music as now, he has been listed by Billboard as their No. 1 R&B/Hip-Hop Artist of 2020, according to Chart Data. Many thought that Lil Baby or Pop Smoke could’ve won this award but Juice’s strong numbers definitely had a case for his win here.
