Back in November, it was revealed by 50 Cent and Chance The Rapper that Jeremih was in an ICU in his hometown of Chicago. He had tested positive for COVID-19 and was experiencing some very severe symptoms as he was on a ventilator. This was helping him breathe as he struggled to do so.
The R&B star’s progress started to improve though as he was transferred from ICU to a regular hospital to recover. Now, even more good news is on the way regarding his health. Chance The Rapper took to Twitter to say that Jeremih will be discharged from the hospital tomorrow.
“I AM FILLED WITH PRAISE RIGHT NOW I JUST HEARD MY BROTHER JEREMIH’S VOICE ON THE PHONE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN ALMOST A MONTH HE WILL BE OUT THE HOSPITAL TOMORROW WE GIVE ALL GLORY TO THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME.”
Chance also thanked all the doctors at who took great care of Jeremih during this tough time. He labeled the result as a testimony.
“Thank you to the medical staff at northwestern and thank you to everyone who held him up in prayer even when it seemed so grim. We are a testimony.”
