So I know what purp is (a slang for a particular kind of weed) but I’m not sure what it means when you put smoke in front of it or what the artist tried to express when he created it, I think it could be one of these options:

1. A sentence, which expresses a command or suggestion like “drink coffee. In this case: “smoke purp”.

2. A special kind of purp called “smoke purp”

3. A person who often smokes purp. “I know that guy, he’s a smoke purp.

English is not my first language so it’s kinda difficult for me to tell. What do you think?
